David
Managing Director
With over 20 years in real estate, David is a highly experienced Property Lawyer specialising in property development; and who routinely deals with complex property transactions. As well as residential and commercial conveyancing, David deals on a daily basis with property development and specialist lending, acting for both lenders and borrowers as well as joint ventures, land promotion and options.
The nature of the transactions he deals with often require a pragmatic and problem solving approach to get the deal done.
Ben
Property Consultant
Ben has over seventeen years’ experience of being a portfolio landlord with properties across the country. Ben has delivered a number of refurbishment and development projects across the UK.
Ben has a wealth of experience as an executive with his background in Project Delivery in the Finance industry, internationally delivering large scale developments and data centres. Ben builds strong relationships, creating win-win solutions for all our clients.
Rob
Property Consultant
Rob has delivered a number of refurbishment and development projects across the UK. Having previously worked in a number of PropTech based roles with DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), Global Banking and Education. Having recently delivered the technology fit out for a newly built school in Doha, Qatar.
Rob has over 15 years' experience as Portfolio landlord with properties throughout the country.
Mark
Property Consultant
Mark has over 25 years’ experience within the construction industry, having undertaken numerous property and construction management roles over the years. Prior to joining Custom Plots, Mark spent many years as a Contracts Manager for a main contractor operating throughout the home counties before moving to a national construction company, as Operations Manager.
Mark was born and indeed began his in career in New Zealand, in Quantity Surveying, before moving to the UK in the 1990’s. You will understand when you meet Mark his wealth of experience in construction and development, gleaned from his varied construction-based career.
